Many of our pages are dynamically generated, created by the software on demand. If you are having trouble viewing a page, check that you have a live connection and that you have refreshed the page in your browser using your browser's reload button.

If you are still having trouble, and cannot see the page, please try again in a few minutes, in exceptional circumstances, we may be experiencing a network difficulty.

Our systems are designed to be able to handle half a million simultanous transactions, we have monitors to check performance levels, and technical support staff on constant standby.

If you recieve an error message, please mail us and include the error message text in your email, and we will fix any errors rightaway.

We recommend the following:

Checking that your email services are working by sending yourself a test message
Checking that we have your most up to date email address in our system.
Please be patient, bidding emails are sent in real time, billing confirmations are sent our hourly.
Our mail servers are designed to carry a large number of emails, however once these have left us, they may be subject to delays beyond our control.

If your emails have not arrived after 24hrs, and you have carried out the checks above, please notify us, stating the last email that you did receive, which emails you consider missing, and we will investigate right away.

Please ensure that you have filled in all the form areas that are mandatory, and that you have all the correct details.

Your username and password are encrypted on our server, and pages containing sales or personal data are created dynamically and on demand. No other junkfox® user can see your personal details until they have traded with you.

At no time do we hold any bank account or credit card details, they are either handled by Paypal or are are encrypted and sent directly to our aquiring bank Barclays and held on their secure transaction server.

We have also implemented many security measures to prevent fraud and intrusion.Your password and username are stored on our servers in an encrypted format, please keep them safe, and do not allow others access to your account.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.
